Carlie Seigal is an Associate with Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP.
Ms. Seigal has spent her career litigating complex toxic tort and product liability claims. She is involved in all phases of litigation, including discovery and depositions, dispositive and pre-trial motions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Ms. Seigal is results-oriented and has been consistently successful in obtaining favorable outcomes for her clients.
Ms. Seigal has extensive experience defending clients in both state and federal courts in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Her experience ranges from representation of small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, including those involved in solar power and renewable energy, automotive industry, aviation industry, construction, manufacturing industry, and members of the cosmetic talc and industrial talc industry.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Seigal worked as a law clerk at a large Boston law firm while in law school, where she gained significant experience in the areas of general liability and insurance defense litigation. She also worked as a law clerk at a boutique litigation firm specializing in the defense of workers’ compensation claims.
Ms. Seigal received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, where she served as Executive Editor of the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy, and staff member of the Moot Court Honor Board. Ms. Seigal received her Bachelor of Arts from Union College, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Theta National History Honor Society.
