Noelle Phelan is an Associate with Pierce Davis& Perritano LLP.
Ms. Phelan’s practice primarily focuses on the defense of asbestos, toxic tort, and product liability actions. She has been involved in all phases of litigation and trial preparation for these matters, including depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
Prior to joining Pierce Davis & Perritano as an associate, Ms. Phelan worked as a paralegal at the firm for five years, gaining experience in asbestos litigation.
Ms. Phelan received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2018,where she served as a member and editor of the Journal of High Technology Law. Ms. Phelan also participated in the inaugural year of the Suffolk Innocence Clinic. Ms. Phelan received a Bachelor of Arts in English, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2015 from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she was a member of the Commonwealth Honors College.
