Mediation

A successful mediation requires the guidance of an experienced neutral who the parties can relate to and trust, and who will work diligently -- from before the mediation starts to its final conclusion -- to assist the parties in obtaining the best possible outcome to their dispute.  Judge Davis is a trained and experienced mediator.  His training, intellect, strong interpersonal skills, and extensive experience as a trial judge, trial lawyer, and civil litigator uniquely qualify him to assist parties and their counsel in understanding the factual and legal merits of their dispute, in assessing the risks that they face, and in crafting innovative solutions.
