Practice Overview

PDP serves as National Coordinating Counsel (NCC) in complex mass tort litigation. Since the firm’s inception, PDP has had significant experience in establishing nationwide programs to coordinate the defense of its clients with a hands-on-approach of working with its local counsel in state and federal courts. In this role as NCC, PDP has served as lead trial counsel, developed effective trial strategies, prepared key fact and expert witnesses, coordinated national discovery efforts, as well as overseen local counsel to ensure that the client’s national trial strategy is implemented uniformly. Through its considerable experience as NCC, PDP is intimately familiar approaches and strategies to ensure client success both locally and nationally.
