Kathryn M. Waters

Kathryn Waters is an Associate with Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP.

Ms. Waters' began her legal career as an attorney in the Health Care division at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, where for 4 years she advocated for consumers to receive fair and equal access to health care, and to stop unfair and deceptive practices by insurers, providers, and pharmaceutical companies. Additionally, Ms. Waters held the position of Special Assistant District Attorney with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office at the Boston Municipal Court.  She also served as Associate General Counsel for the Massachusetts State Retirement Board at the State Treasury.
