Pierce, Davis & Perritano, LLP is pleased to announce that the Hon. Brian A. Davis (Ret.) has joined the firm as an ADR neutral and consultant.

Judge Davis joins PDP after an eleven-year tenure as an Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court, including four years as a presiding justice in the Business Litigation Session (BLS), and a twenty-seven-year career as a civil litigator and trial attorney. He will serve as a mediator, arbitrator, neutral evaluator, and legal consultant in all types of business/commercial, class action and mass tort, employment and labor, insurance, intellectual property, personal injury and product liability cases.

Judge Davis is available to conduct sessions in person, as well as virtually, for clients in and outside the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
