Kyle W. Lakin

Kyle Lakin is an Associate Attorney at PDP, and is part of the toxic tort practice group.

Prior to joining PDP, Mr. Lakin was a law clerk at a boutique civil law firm working on cases in the areas of insurance defense, toxic tort and asbestos litigation, premises liability, plaintiff personal injury and wrongful death, breach of contract/non-compete agreement, wrongful termination, wills and trusts, probate matters, and plaintiff first-party property and hurricane litigation.

From Lexington MA, Mr. Lakin is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Boston, earned his Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law, and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November 2023.

Away from work, Mr. Lakin enjoys playing golf, ice hockey, and spending summers on Cape Cod.
